In a true story of turning lemons into lemonade, a little girl from Columbia, Missouri has made the best out of a bad situation. Jordan Reeves was born with a left arm that stopped just above the elbow. The deformity was not caught during prenatal ultrasounds. It was not until Jordan made her grand entrance into the world that her mother, Jenn, noticed that something was wrong.

As Jordan grew up, she learned to accept her arm despite the stares from strangers. Although she created her own sense of normalcy, Jordan was not immune to people talking behind her back about her arm. It was this scrutiny that motivated Jordan to make the most out of her situation and use her prosthetic arm as a way to educate others and bring attention to limb differences.
