The Queen and Prince Phillip married in 1947 at Westminister Abbey reported the Express. The two have shared a life together that only a few can dream of having. Today, nearly 72 years strong, the pair still frequent royal outings and spend life with their big family. Together they have four children, eight grandchildren, and eight great-grandchildren. Recently the Duke was pictured with his newest great-grandchild, Archie, the newborn son of Meghan Markle and Prince Harry.

Although time has brought the Prince to a ripe age having retired from public duties in August 2017, Fitzwilliams says Prince Phillip still loves to stay busy adding, “It must also be very enjoyable for him to choose which engagements and events he attends. It then adds an extra cachet to them when he appears.”
