Ingredients

  • 2 cups chopped pineapple

  • 1 cup oatmeal

  • 1 tsp. cinnamon powder

  • 2 tsp. unflavored gelatin

  • 1 cup natural orange juice

  • 8 oz. crushed sweet almonds

  • 1 tsp. organic honey

  • 8 oz. water
     

Directions

  1. Cook the oatmeal according to package instructions for approximately ten minutes
  2. Set the oatmeal aside to cool
  3. Add the cooked oatmeal and all other ingredients to a blender
  4. Blend until smooth
  5. Drink two glasses daily for improved knee health
