Everyone's dreamed about having a job where they don't need to worry about sick days or time off for holidays. The company, which was launched in 2015, came up with this idea in order to stand out amongst their crowd of competitors.

In addition to the unlimited sick pay and holiday leave, the employees also receive an average annual income of $52,385.

Rocketwerkz's staff are in charge of managing their own workload and the time needed in the office to fulfill their requirements. If a member wants to leave for a while, all they have to do is talk with their team.

The company even enforces a requirement of four weeks of vacation each year for employees in order to recharge. They're also sent home with pay.

In a report in The CEO Magazine, it details Dean Hall, the chief executive of Rocketwerkz's thinking about the strategy that has helped the company attract highly skilled individuals away from the larger studios. Hall says that the endeavor has helped to get the very best out of the capable employees.

If you want to secure this job, you'll need to move to New Zealand. But that won't be a problem since you'll have unlimited free time to fly back home to visit friends and family.

Dean admits that most companies trust their staff to run projects worth several million dollars, and he doesn't understand why these companies don't also expect their staff to be capable of managing their time wisely.

Dean always caps his pay and reveals the income to his staff. He even shares a portion of game profits with his workers. As if he wasn't already the coolest boss in the world, Dean encourages members of his staff to hit the gym during work hours so it's less crowded. He even tells them to come into work when there's less traffic on the roads.

Keep in mind that this unlimited leave needs to be earned. The company has a system with three-tiers offering workers at different levels different benefits.

For example, staff on the first tier have their contracts based on structured holidays and hours. The second tier staff has access to unlimited sick leave. The final tier of senior staff has all forms of unlimited leave.
