Everyone wants to have that perfect, stable relationship. Unfortunately, we aren’t always that lucky. We may imagine the perfect man in our heads, but that doesn’t mean we are going to find him right away.

Everyone is usually disappointed in someone now and again, and we need to break the cycle of seeking out our “perfect” person. Men can be very different when compared to women. There are times when we won’t be able to understand the needs of our significant other.

Sometimes, men just need a break from the noise and confusion that surrounds them at all times. This often means leaving their loved one- either temporarily or permanently. It doesn’t sound reasonable when you are the one being left, but you may understand it better if you end up in the same kind of situation.

Women are often more emotional than men. Because of this, men sometimes succumb to the urge to leave the drama behind and take off for something new. Men can be adventurous and often look for changes in their lives.

Sometimes, men just want to take a break from their significant other. This makes the woman feel as though her man is tired of being with her and is looking to break up.

While this may or not be the case, one thing is for certain- don’t try and force someone to stay who doesn’t want to be there. If they want to get out and leave, let them. It often means that you aren’t the right person for them.

We often wear blinders in the beginning of our relationships. We believe that we have more in common with our lover than we really do.

Sometimes this lasts for months or years and we are relatively happy with one another. Sometimes one person in the relationship really isn’t as happy as the other and wants to escape. If it happens to be your man and he asks you to consider a break from each another, let him go. You shouldn’t try to hold someone back from walking away if that is what they wish for.

If your man has left and you realize that it really was for the best, it is time to take care of yourself. You want to make sure your emotional and physical needs are taken care of during this stressful time.

Many women lock themselves in their homes and refuse to leave because they are so depressed. While this is okay for the first couple of days, you need to remember that this too shall pass.

The reality is that your relationship really wasn’t meant to be. You may have had a truly traumatic experience, but you have to pick yourself up and become a productive member of society once again. You can do so by considering the following tips that will help you survive such a trying time in your life. You are the one responsible for your care and happiness.

1.Remember, this all happened for a reason

Everyone knows that we have a lot to accomplish during our lifetime. Right now, this breakup seems like it is the end of the world. Nothing has hurt us as much as this has. But we really don’t know what plans the universe has in store for us. They are probably going to be much better in the future.

Being with a person who really doesn’t want to be with you is not something that the universe actually wants. Sure, it is a torturous situation right now, but you will find better things up ahead after you accept it and move on. It isn’t always easy to remember but when you do, you will live a happy life.

2.Meditate or take part in other relaxing exercises

Meditation will help you relax and forget all of the stress you are feeling at the present moment. Meditation can also help you realize that you are much better off in the situation you are in now, without that man in your life. It will help you stay connected to your heart and soul, and you will quickly realize what an amazing person you really are.

Yoga is one excellent way to get in the meditation that you need to feel better about yourself. Yoga is a peaceful, relaxing activity, and it will work your muscles while putting you in a good mood. If your significant other has left you for whatever reason, consider yoga as a form of self-care.

3.Take up hobbies that you love by yourself

Don’t ever be afraid to do the things that you love by yourself. Shop, eat out, go to painting classes, walk around an art museum, or do whatever makes you happy. This helps to keep you distracted while you are going through such a wide range of emotions due to the breakup.

It’s perfectly okay to hang out and enjoy your own company. Solo trips are the best since you get to make all of the decisions.

4.Go out with your friends and have a great time

Don’t forget to laugh when you are out. You will feel much better when you can let loose and laugh with friends. While it is perfectly natural to cry, do your best not to get too depressed.

Your loved ones should help you feel better in no time. Go out to dinner, enjoy yourself on the dance floor, or even have a girl’s night in with wine and movies. Wallowing in self-pity can only do so much for your mind.
