Dogs are said to be man's best friend. Not only is this the case for men, but it is also true for women who enjoy the company of a dog as well. Dogs are sweet, wonderful creatures who bring us a lot of happiness and joy. They are always loyal, trustworthy, and there whenever you need them to be.

Unfortunately, bad things often happen to good dogs. They may get sick and have to be put down. A dog will age quicker than a human, so they aren't around us as long as they should be. In some sad cases, dogs run away or get lost. Some owners have never reunited with their beloved animals again.

In some really terrible cases, dogs are actually stolen from their owners. They may be stolen for several reasons. For example, some people steal dogs for bait dogs, while others steal them to resell them for cash. Whatever the reason, it can be a truly devastating time for the owner and family.

This was the case just a mere seven months ago when a man had his dog stolen from him. In today's world, social media can really help when you need it. For this man and his dog, social media came together to help for sure. With the assistance of Collier DAS Dogs, the man and his faithful companion were reunited in a very emotional reunion.

"Chloe" was stolen from her home more than seven months ago. Luckily, DAS was able to catch her roaming around the streets. They took her to their shelter, where she received the love and attention she needed after being lost for so long.

Thanks to everyone who shared her videos, she was able to reunite with her worried owner. They also learned that the dog was actually named Mary Jane. Mary Jane is certainly extremely happy to see her owner after all of these months, and you can tell how thrilled he is to have finally found her! It is great to see such a happy ending! We don't know how anyone could possibly have it in them to steal a dog.
