Dog Goes Completely Crazy Because He Loses His Snowball Amidst The Snow

Jun 04, 2020 by apost team

Many dogs like a good game of fetch. The type of ball is often not really important. Some owners have found that even a snowball can make dogs excited for a game of fetch, although they often end up quite confused where the "ball" went. This video shows one dog who reacts quite ruffled when the thrown snowball seems to disappear.

Pups of all age, size and breed love to chase after a thrown ball and will sometimes downright pester their owners into going for just one more throw. Some may have a favorite ball or type of ball, but most won't care. As some owners have found out, many won't even notice if what is used for fetch isn't even, strictly speaking, a reall ball at all.

Many dogs also love playing in the snow. And fresh snow is very good for forming snowballs. In combination with a game of fetch, many dog owners have had quite a few amusing moments. The golden pup from this video is no different.

He is clearly ready when his dog-mom asks. His tail starts wagging and he snaps towards the snowball once as if to say "come on, throw it!" Of course, a snowball usually doesn't stay intact after it hits the ground. The good dog, not realizing that his target has literally become one with the snow covering the ground, starts running around in circles, looking for the missing ball.

His tail keeps wagging, so he clearly enjoys his chase. He is also clearly very determined to get that ball and bring it back to his mom. Unfortunately, even a thourough look around and some sniffing didn't reveal where the ball went. He ends his chase back in front of his owner, giving a final huff. Still with a happily wagging tail.
