Most everyone is always welcome at a convenience store but that rule usually applies to humans.

At the Horsetooth Inn and RV park located in Fort Collins, Colorado, there was quite an exception to the rule.

Although they don't encourage animals in their store, it was allowed on this day. A wild doe casually wandered in. Maybe she had some shopping of her own to do. Lori Jones was the tending to the store on this day.

She said there is a lot of wild life around that particular area but she had never witnessed one of them joining her in the store before.

The doe started with peaking in before entering all the way. Jones thought it was the funniest thing. She said the doe was checking out the sunglasses and then the chips. Jones said she couldn't contain her own laughter.

The doe is known by the locals and people have seen her and her family in the area. They are often observed passing through stopping to graze sometimes. But, this would be the first time they journeyed into the store.

Although Jones was loving it, she knew the doe needed to go.

She had the doe follow her to the woods with a peanut bar. It seemed to work. But little did Jones know, that wasn't the last time she would see the doe. Jones got back to the inventory she was doing inside the office.

She took a break and headed back out into the store area. That's when she noticed that the deer was back. Not only was she back, she had returned with her entire family!

She couldn't believe that she had returned with a lone buck, and her two twins. Jones used her phone to snap a few pics while she watched in amazement.

At first, just the doe was the only one inside. The twins weren't sure about it and was holding back. But, the buck had its foot on the door and was ready to head in. Jones knew that she couldn't let them all come in.

She didn't want them to get used to coming to the store and thinking it was ok. She, again, used a peanut bar and got them all outside in a field nearby.

She yelled at the doe to take her children home as they were heading away.

This is quite an unbelievable story and very cute too! Pass this along to an animal lover. They are sure to get a kick out of it! What would you do if a deer paid you a visit at work? Let us know in the comments!
