Daughter Ignores Calls And Texts For Three Days So Mom Shows Up At Her Dorm Room

Parenting has endless ups and downs. We are so happy for our kids to graduate and go off on their own, yet we are at the same time sad and scared for them. Kids are so eager to be independent and don’t understand that they will never stop being our babies.
For many teenagers, college is their place to branch out from under the wings of their parents. They feel as if it is time for them to be completely independent and free. They can skip class, stay out all night, sleep until dinner time; you name it, they can do it. However, some mothers are just not going to allow their kids to mess up when they are the ones paying for their schooling.

Nicole Walters is one of those mothers. She loves and adores her daughter and is happy she is finding herself in college, but she isn’t going to allow her to blow off her parents while she is there.
Walters worries like every other parent whose child is away in a dorm, but she took drastic measures when she did not hear from her daughter for three whole days.
In 2017 a hysterical video surfaced showing that Walters isn’t a mom to mess with. She showed up to her daughter’s dorm room with a warning and fresh bananas/
Check out the video of Walters walking around her daughter’s campus and sharing with viewers her exact steps after her daughter wouldn’t answer her for three days.
She even made a flyer with a picture of her daughter and put it up in her room. It said, “Is my daughter being irresponsible?” and said anyone could tweet her if they caught any impish behavior. She even offered a Starbucks gift card and a free pizza for any information.
Later, Walters updated her post to say that her daughter took the message seriously and checks in frequently with text messages. At the moment, the video has been shared more than six million times on social media.
