Dad Makes Son’s Dream Of Becoming Spiderman A Reality

As a child, superheroes, monsters and magic seem real. When you grow up, you realize that these mythical creatures do not actually exist. For a child, superheros and villains seem extremely real. From flying through the air to invisibility cloaks, everything seems possible.

Good parents spend time playing with their children. For some parents, playing superheroes seems like a fun way to spend an afternoon. There are many dads out there who love comic books more than their children. In one case, a dad realized just how much his son loved Spider-Man.

His son wanted to fly using webs just like Peter Parker, and his dad decided to help him fulfill his dreams.

This adorable video was captured in Piketberg, Western Cape. August Koch was the amazing South African cameraman behind the footage. According to August, he had just returned from a friend's birthday party. When he arrived, he noticed a Spider-Man figure clinging desperately to the entrance to his home.

On closer inspection, he realized that the son's father was holding the little boy up to the door. August was entranced by the adorable boy and asked to see how Spider-Man flies. Before the boy started to fly, August whipped out his phone to capture the moment.

The father, Ben, lifted the boy up and carried him through the room. The little boy looks like he has a future in acting because he looks exactly like Spider-Man. He scrambles across the walls and swings through the air just like the superhero.

It looks like fathers can be Spider-Man as well. Another video was captured in South China's Guangdog province. A 7-year-old boy had managed to get out of the house and was dangling desperately from an apartment building.

The dad immediately worked to rescue his imperiled son. He climbed eight stories up on the building to rescue the boy.

Apparently, the boy had heard odd sounds and thought that burglars were trying to get into his home. The boy had gone out the window to avoid the burglars.

Thankfully, the father arrived home in time to save his son. In just a few minutes, he was able to reach him and save his life.

You can see the heroic act in a video from one of the witnesses. In the film, you can see the dad hanging on with one hand while he desperately tries to push his son back into the building with the other hand.

Thankfully, the boy and his dad both survived the mishap.
