Dad Grabs Camera And Captures Footage Of His Labrador Splashing In The Kiddie Pool

One thing the experts tell us is to not wear black in the summer. Black will quickly soak up the rays of the sun and make you hotter than normal. It is recommended to wear light colors to keep yourself cool when the sun is out.

However, some animals have black fur that they obviously cannot just take off and on. What do they do then?

Teal is an adorable dog that was born with black fur. While there really isn’t much she can do about it, the happy Labrador retriever isn’t about to let that stop her from having an amazing time outside. All she cares about this summer is playing in the water. That is also because this breed of dog is well-known for their love of water. Most Labs love splashing around in pools, lakes, oceans, and any other body of water they can get into.

The weather is pretty warm in Moses Lake, Washington. Teal is ready to cool down for sure! She loves jumping in the little kiddie pool that the family has on their property. While she is a great swimmer, she is even better when it comes to splashing around. In the video you can see her kicking at the water with her paws, doing her best to create huge waves. She is having a blast in the cool water.

Teal does stop to swim a couple of laps around the little pool. However, she would rather splash at the water with her paws. It’s almost like observing a young child enjoying water for the very first time. We are so glad that Teal has the pool to enjoy! We would love to be in there with her!

Someone out of sight of the camera asks if she is trying to dig the water. Another man says that he threw a rock in the pool. So that is why Teal is pawing so much! Regardless of the rock, Teal is still enjoying her time in the cool water on this hot day. We are thrilled that she has a pool at her disposal. She can cool down whenever she wants!
