Court Documents Allege Riley Keough Donated Eggs to John Travolta & Late Wife Kelly Preston for Son Ben

A high-profile legal dispute involving Priscilla Presley has taken an unexpected and deeply personal turn, drawing several well-known names into the spotlight. Court documents filed by Priscilla Presley’s former business associates, Brigitte Kruse and Kevin Fialko, contain sensational allegations involving Riley Keough, John Travolta, and Kelly Preston. While the claims have not been proven in court, their inclusion has intensified public interest in an already complex family and financial conflict.
The amended complaint alleges that Keough, the daughter of Lisa Marie Presley and Danny Keough, donated her eggs to Travolta and his late wife, allegedly enabling the couple to welcome their son, Benjamin. According to the filing, the alleged arrangement involved compensation in the form of money and a vehicle. These claims are attributed to statements allegedly made by Michael Lockwood, Lisa Marie Presley’s ex-husband, during discussions with Kruse and Fialko.
The lawsuit itself centers on accusations of fraud, breach of contract, and misappropriation brought by Kruse and Fialko against Priscilla Presley. Following Lisa Marie Presley’s death on January 12, 2023, the complaint claims that disputes over estate control and financial interests escalated, with multiple parties seeking influence and compensation.
Priscilla Presley’s legal team has strongly rejected the allegations, calling them inappropriate, false, and unrelated to the actual legal issues at hand. Keough and Priscilla Presley have also issued a joint statement denying the claims and emphasizing family unity. As the legal proceedings continue, the case highlights how private family matters and unverified allegations can become public flashpoints when folded into high-stakes litigation.

The amended complaint filed by Kruse and Fialko presents a narrative that extends beyond financial disagreements, alleging deeply personal and controversial claims involving prominent public figures. According to the filing, Lockwood allegedly told Kruse that Preston had difficulty bearing children and that Travolta and Lisa Marie Presley had previously attempted to conceive using Lisa Marie’s eggs. The document does not confirm whether those eggs resulted in a pregnancy.
The complaint further alleges that, following the death of Travolta’s son Jett in 2009, Travolta approached the family again in 2010. Lockwood allegedly claimed that concerns over public image and career stability played a role in subsequent decisions. The filing states that Lisa Marie’s eggs were ultimately rejected, with the complaint alleging that Keough then donated her eggs so Preston could give birth to Benjamin. The document claims Riley received between $10,000 and $20,000 and an older Jaguar in exchange.
Kruse and Fialko also allege that Lockwood encouraged them to use this information as leverage to negotiate financial settlements for himself and his daughters. Another explosive claim within the filing suggests that Navarone Garcia reacted angrily upon learning the information, allegedly demanding a large settlement to prevent media exposure.
Priscilla Presley’s attorneys, Marty Singer and Wayne Harman, responded forcefully in a statement published by TMZ, stating:
“In a completely improper effort to exert undue pressure on Presley to retract her legitimate, truthful claims, Kruse and her co-conspirators have also sued Presley’s son, cousin, and assistant.”
They further emphasized that the allegations “have absolutely nothing to do with the claims in this case” and vowed to address the matter in court. Keough and Priscilla Presley also released a joint statement to PEOPLE, saying:
“We are aware of the latest allegations from Brigitte Kruse. These claims are not only untrue but also deeply hurtful. Our family is, and always has been, united in love and respect for one another.”
They added that their shared priority remains honoring Lisa Marie’s memory and protecting Elvis Presley’s legacy.
