Any construction worker knows that it's a tough job. This is very true for those that spend most of the time working outside in all types of weather conditions. It doesn't matter if it's raining or not, they must report to work.

This type of work can be a little boring at times since it can be very repetitive day in and day out. This construction worker didn't hesitate to spice things up and show off some dance moves when a special song played.

On their lunch break, some construction workers were filmed as they were sitting and enjoying their lunch. Once one of the workers heard one of his favorite songs playing, he jumped up ready to go.

He began to pop out some dance moves that would make Michael Jackson proud. He worked the floor with the "moonwalk". He had it down. Most of his moves were 80's inspired but they didn't lack creativity or impressiveness. He had a way of performing that caught everyone's attention.

The song that inspired this construction worker's dance is "Friendships" by Pascal Letoublon. He definitely knew how to get his crew smiling and enjoying their day. And, it wasn't just to get a smile, he really knows how to dance and dance with style too.

He dances with grace as he slides across the floor while his fellow crewmen cheer him on. Michael Jackson did some of these same moves during his day but this guy is able to do many of Jackson's moves along with others in his heavy steel-toed boots.

Using your smartphone during your lunch breaks at work probably isn't needed with this guy around, well unless you want to video him.

Be sure check this video out and then send it on to others. No doubt, they'll love his enthusiasm.

He is a great inspiration to show the day is what you make of it. Work can be and often is fun.

Would you be willing to get up and dance in front of others like this? Or, maybe you have? Let us know in the comments. We would love to hear about your own personal story!
