Cockatoo Sees Dad Came Home And Can't Hold Back Excitement

There is nothing like that warm, fuzzy feeling you get when you know someone's waiting for you to come home. This one-year-old cockatoo named Onni is exactly that for the bird's owner. This bird-mom caught Onni's reaction to his owner father coming home, and Onni just can't keep quiet about the exciting return.

The case in this video is not of a child or a dog, but a bird. Like a classic anxious dog sitting at the window, this cockatoo makes for a wonderful welcoming committee. He proves that dogs are not the only pets who shower their humans with unconditional love.

Onni is a one-year-old Cockatoo who loses his mind when he sees his owner come home. The woman behind the camera keeps asking "Who came home? Who came home?" and the precious bird appears to reply "He's back! He's back!" Onni then dissolves into a fit of hysterical screaming.

When Daddy steps through the door, Onni walks right over to say hello, and he starts getting into all of the latest gossip. "Don't tell on me," says the woman behind the camera, while Dad asks Onni, "She didn't feed you?" "Nah, nah" is the bird's response, as he begins to bounce on his owner's hand.

If a dog were able to speak in English, would he say things like Onni has been saying to his dad? Like an excited kid, the Cockatoo wastes no time in stealing his dad's attention for the rest of the day, and he has a lot to say.

Pets are precious, because their love is unconditional. As soon as Onni's dad arrives, any sadness the bird might have felt about their separation melted away, and he started chattering. If humans could be this excited for their relatives to return from work, the world would be full of love!

Animals don't understand why their owner left, but they do know how they are feeling. They make their sadness and loneliness known to anyone who will listen. They won't move away from the window until Mom or Dad get back, and it's a celebration every time their parents walk through the front door.

Onni has a lot to say to us about loving and being loved. Do you know of a pet that reacts like this to its owners coming home? Share this heartwarming story with someone who needs a lot of love today!
