Right now, we could all use some positive thoughts and a good laugh. This little guy, an adorable pika, is sure to put a smile on your face. In the popular video, which has accumulated nearly 6 million views since it was posted on YouTube back in 2018, this pika appears to lip-sync Queen's Ay-Oh.

Pika, Pika

If you have never heard of a pika, you aren't alone. These adorable creatures are found in the mountains of North America and in many parts of Asia, according to Encyclopædia Britannica. They prefer to live in mountainous areas and live in small burrows, like many rodents, including their cousin, the rabbit. Like their cousins, they are also herbivores and dine mostly on grasses and other vegetation found in the mountains of Asia. They resemble a cross between a hamster and a prairie dog and are about the size of a mouse, meaning this tiny guy may be small. However, his powerful stage presence hints at something great underneath all of that fluffy fur and smoldering good looks.

Channeling Freddie Mercury

Pika Mercury takes the stage (or rock, in this case), his fur blowing in the wind, and starts to belt out the song, Ay-Oh by Queen. As to song begins, it's obvious that this little guy enjoys the spotlight and has an ego that is well-deserved. It's easy to imagine that he waits patiently between each "ay-oh" to hear his fans repeat his call, then follows up with a more dramatic version of the lyrics than the one preceding it. His stoic expression as he waits for his adoring fans to return the call is humorous and absolutely adorable. Who wouldn't want to see this performance live?

It is clear that this little guy has a flamboyant stage performance like his namesake with no less talent. To top it off, he also has the looks to succeed in the industry. This little Pika goes through all of the motions that defined Freddie Mercury's style and talent. The vocal runs are crisp, clear, and exquisite. There is no doubt that this little guy has a future in the entertainment industry with chops like that.
