Cher Fans Puzzled By Her ‘3 Lips,’ Say She’s Had ‘Too Much Plastic Surgery’ In Her 70s

On Nov. 19, 2024, Academy Award-winning actress and singer Cher made a notable appearance on “The Today Show” with Hoda Kotb, where she took a moment to reflect on her life and career.
While Cher’s conversation was inspiring, it was her appearance that quickly became the center of attention.
The heartfelt exchange was shared on the show’s Instagram account, reading: “Nothing beats a good hug from a friend. 🫂 🩷 #Cher #TodayShow.”
Alongside Kotb, Cher also posed for an Instagram post with “Today Show” anchor Savannah Guthrie, all three sharing smiles and an embrace with the caption: “Sisterhood! 💅 We love it when @cher comes to #TodayShow ❤️.”
Cher’s conversation with Kotb touched on some of her greatest achievements and the struggles she has faced throughout her life.
When asked about her greatest accomplishment, Cher responded: “My greatest achievement, I can say many things. My children, you know, they come to my mind first, but not giving up and that’s like. That’s what I know to do.”
She shared how she had overcome the times when she was broke and struggling without work.
Reflecting on her mother’s advice that helped her persevere through difficult times, Cher quoted: “My mom said it, ‘what belongs to you comes to you.’”
The icon also opened up about her early days with Sonny Bono, her late ex-husband and musical partner.
She recalled a painful moment when she confronted him after he had taken all the money they had earned together.
Cher said, “I still to this day, if he came back, that’s what I’d ask him. ‘What was the moment you thought it would be right to take all my money?’”
Kotb expressed her admiration for the singer on Instagram, writing: “@cher what a life story… thx for sharing❤️. Oh and sorry about the F-bomb. My bad 😜.”
But despite the positive interactions and inspiring conversations, fans couldn’t help but comment on Cher’s facial appearance.

“Did she try to get a lip injection and they missed? What’s going on with her bottom lip or upper chin…not sure which it is. Love Cher,” one user questioned.
Another fan added, “Why does she have two lower lips?? Is the silicone slipping???”
The critiques continued:
“Too much plastic surgery and fillers,” and another said: “She has 3 lips 🙃.”
Other fans on the odd look around her lower lip, with one remarking: “Why does her bottom lip look so weird right below it?”
One person joked that “Cher’s lip filler is migrating to the south. 👀,"
Others were more critical, with one user comparing Cher’s appearance to Michael Jackson’s:
“She had that money to mess up her face and look like MJ! Awful!”
Another added, “Really bad plastic job surgery.”
Despite the wave of criticism, her loyal fans were quick to defend her.

In October 2024, Cher’s appearance at the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show had also sparked conversations.
