Princess Charlotte and Prince George had all eyes on them as they arrived for their first day of school today alongside their parents Kate Middleton and Prince William. The two little royals had on funny faces walking up to their new school in their navy and red uniforms.

It was picture-perfect as Princess Charlotte and Prince George held their mom and dad’s hands as they walked up to Thomas’ Battersea school. The prince and princess looked excited for their first day of school and their faces couldn’t contain their giddiness. George scrunches up his face as if he was trying to hide his nervousness for his first day of school while Charlotte grabs on to her pony-tail as she shakes hands with school officials.

Sources told The Daily Mail that Charlotte is “hugely excited” about leaving the nursery school and going to the bigger school with her older brother Prince Goerge. Charlotte made sure to impress all the other students with a sparkly pink unicorn keychain attached to the little royal's backpack as a cool new accessory. The sources also told the tabloid that the good doting brother is “excited and proud” to be showing little Charlotte around her new stomping grounds.

The Duke and Duchess Of Cambridge shared some photos of their cute kids on Instagram for their first day of school. The photos were taken at Kensington palace before the royal family left for school.

According to the London day school’s website, it costs William and Kate £19,287 (about $23,673) a year to send only Prince George to Thomas’s Battersea school. However, with a second sibling attending instead of another £19,287 the cost is lowered to £18,915 ($23,216).
