Celine Dion's Final Performance Las Vegas Residency Ends 16-Year Run

As Celine Dion belted out her hits for the final show to an incredible 16-year run in Las Vegas, she proved once more that she is unstoppable - that is, unless it comes to some guy’s small bladder.

The night marked Dion’s 1,144th performance at the Colosseum at Caesars Palace, and it was an obviously emotional night for everyone attending. The show was even delayed by Dion as she waited for one special fan to have a quick bathroom break.

According to TMZ, the singer noticed a fan, who was sitting in the front seat, had stood up to take a bathroom break. Dion amazingly waited for him until he got back to continue the show and joked:

“Of course, he’s broke - I mean, two tickets to come and see this live show, of course, he’s broke! Of course, I’m going to wait for you!”

Dion went on to describe the end to her 16-year run at the Colosseum ‘bittersweet’ and said she would have never thought she would do so many shows in Vegas since she first started there on March 25th, 2003. As the show ended, her three sons joined her on stage with roses for their mother and took a bow with her to a huge standing ovation.
