Celine Dion Released Three New Songs And Kicked Off Her World Tour

At 51-years-old Celine Dion is not showing any signs of slowing down. The singer just released three new songs and has just kicked off her "Courage" World Tour. Not only that, but the performer is gearing up to release her new album in November.  

Posting a fiery picture on her Instagram, Celine is draped in a sparkly dress with a big blaze of fire behind her. The entertainer drops three of her new songs in the caption:  "Imperfections," "Lying Down" and "Courage." The star also post pictures of lyrics taken from each of the songs.

In addition to her new songs, the singer also just started her "Courage" World Tour just months after ending her 16-year long Las Vegas residency. According to her website, Celine will be hitting more than 50 North American cities. 

Celine has also been making waves in the fashion industry with Vanity Fair putting her on their "Best Dressed" list of 2019. The publication writing about the singer, "Celine Dion, in her fashion-mad, slightly gonzo embrace of “extra.” 

Although it seems 2019 is one of Celine's best years, the singer explained to CNN how she used the death of her husband, René Angélil, in 2016 as strength to continue her career. "We all go through a lot of things in life," Celine said.

"Whether it's losing someone, whether it's a sickness, something we have to fight, something that life imposes on us."

She also explained why she chose "courage" as the name of her album and tour. "I think I went through a lot. Life had given me the tools to find my inner strength, in a way, to find courage to keep going," adding,

"When I lost René, he wanted me back on stage. He wanted to make sure I was still practicing my passion, and I wanted to prove to him that I'm fine. We're fine, we're going to be OK. I got this."
