Ginger is an 8-year-old cat from Homer, Alaska who is obsessed with moose. Her family has a Youtube account dedicated to Ginger and her moose-loving adventures called Alaskan Cats. Two of these videos show Ginger stalking a mama moose and her two cubs.

In the first video, Ginger notices the moose laying in the grass and she slowly moves towards them. The mama does not seem to notice Ginger, but the two cubs do. They get up and move towards their mama. The cubs watch Ginger, either out of nervousness or curiosity.

As Ginger continues to move closer, the cubs circle around to the front of their mama and farther away from Ginger. The cat moves up close to the mama and the cubs. She sits in the grass to watch them for a while before rolling around in the grass. When cats roll around, it means that they feel safe and comfortable. Ginger really likes the moose!

In the second video, Ginger is watching the mama and cubs from over on the porch. She is swishing her tail back and forth. While this tail movement may normally be seen as aggressive (and sometimes is) it also can mean that a cat is feeling playful. Ginger seems to want to play with the moose! Ginger stumbles into the grass and over to the moose. The moose seem less nervous about Ginger on their second encounter with her.

The cub gets up from where it was laying to look at Ginger. After a while, it moves back over to its mama. When Ginger nears the moose again, the cub stands up and observes Ginger. She playfully runs away, and the moose even seems to playfully chase her for a few seconds. Once she is gone, the moose look at where the cat was moments before.

These moose are not the only moose Ginger has encountered. There are several other videos of Ginger obsessing over moose. Two years after Ginger's encounter with the mama and twins, she meets another mama with her cub. Ginger can not seem to get enough of moose!

It just goes to show that humans are not the only ones who obsess over animals. Ginger's favorite animal appears to be the moose. They seem to like her back, too!
