British Popstar Ellie Goulding Rushes To Help Driver As Mail Truck Pushes Car Down Motorway Sideways

Pop sensation Ellie Goulding is being hailed as a hero after rushing to the rescue of a trapped Volkswagen Golf driver.

According to the Mirror, Golding was out when she noticed that the Golf was being pushed along by a British Royal Mail truck. Footage of the accident shows that the truck had driven hundreds of yards down the A40 as frantic motorists honked to try to get the attention of the truck driver.

When the truck driver finally stops, the motorists rushed out of their vehicles to check on the man who had been trapped in the Golf. One woman was leading the charge to help the driver and it happened to be Goulding. The video shows Goulding walking around in disbelief as the truck driver emerges and appears to be oblivious to what just happened. The truck driver later said that he never saw the Golf in its path.

After the video of the incident went viral, Goulding took to her Instagram stories to confirm that it was her that helped the Golf driver to safety, as per the Mirror. She called it the craziest event that she had ever seen on the road. Goulding also took the time to call out the bystanders who made the decision to whip out their camera phones and record what was happening instead of simply helping.
