Bon Jovi Goes In Disguise to Karaoke Bar To Raise Awareness For His Foundation

Back in 2016, Bon Jovi went undercover in karaoke bars throughout the US, belting out tunes with some unsuspecting fans.

You will witness their shock and delight when they see just who is under the cowboy hat and dreadful fake beard!

The star pulled the stunt in order to raise awareness and funds for his foundation that aims to alleviate homelessness and hunger. 

The  Jon Bon Jovi Soul Foundation, is a charitable organization that helps the homeless get back on their feet.

Many bars and clubs have a karaoke night once a week and the star took the opportunity as a way to get amongst the people and make them aware of an upcoming competition he was holding to raise money for his noble cause, as reported here by ABC News.

With many of his hits available on the karaoke machine, the star donned his disguise and operated incognito, tooing and froing from bar like a member of staff, waiting for the patrons to choose one of his songs.

It wasn't long before this happened and Jon, still in disguise, joined partygoers on the mic, only revealing himself later in the night. 

The Jon Bon Jovi Soul Foundation has provided more than 600 units of affordable housing in ten different states to homeless youths and veterans. It also operates two free food kitchens in New Jersey, providing nutritious food to anyone in need.
