Betty White Lets Us Know Her Plans For Her 98th Birthday Party This Month

Everyone loves Betty White! And she is about to celebrate her 98th birthday on January 17th. She is planning to host a party at her home, inviting close friends and family. Food is being ordered in, some drinks will be enjoyed, and there will be a lot of laughs.

Betty began her acting career in the 1940s and has just gotten better and better over the years. She is currently regarded as an icon and never fails to get laughs or speak her mind, whichever the occasion warrants.

Although she is 98, or will be soon, she is in excellent health as reported in The Epoch Times. She has some minor difficulty walking and uses a walker for support at home. She continues to be inundated with job offers. Her friends say she is still accepting acting jobs but has become very selective about which jobs she accepts. She has admitted to preferring to spend more time at her home in Hollywood these days.

Betty is one of the few remaining stars of her generation. Most of her friends who started their careers around the same time she did are no longer with us. Betty maintains an upbeat attitude about life. She says:

“I think that everybody should cultivate a passion. Don’t be afraid to really get hooked on something. It’s your mental attitude. So many of us start dreading age. Make the most of it.”

In addition to continuing her acting career, Betty White enjoys doing crossword puzzles and is passionate about and active in supporting animal charities and rights.
