America’s sweetheart Betty White is still going strong at the impressive age of 98 and she has no plans to slow down. She says in the latest issue of Closer Weekly:

“I’m blessed with incredibly good health ... That’s something you appreciate a lot.”

Concern over the almost-centenarian actress trended on Twitter in March after news that Tom Hanks, had been diagnosed with the coronavirus along with his wife, Rita Wilson.

The actress has been keeping herself busy amid the coronavirus outbreak by reading the newspaper every morning. “She reads the L.A. Times cover to cover,” entertainer Tom Sullivan tells Closer.

“She owns literally thousands of crossword puzzle books and is constantly doing them to keep her mind jumping. This is really serious with her.”

The Golden Girls alum is staying home to protect herself from the virus and has, apparently, been an absolute pro when it comes to social distancing.

"No one permitted in except those who must. [She] has helpers who are great with her," White's rep said in an email. Her rep adds that she checks in with her several times a week and said that they "always have laughs."
