Prince William and Kate Middleton officially celebrated their ninth wedding anniversary yesterday, and boy does time fly by.

Sure, April 29 of 2011 was an iconic day because of their wedding, but it was also the day we were blessed with some fierce looks fashionistas are still buzzing about to this day. In honor of their glamorous guests, we’re taking a look back at some of the most iconic looks of the day.

Some of the most memorable looks of the day definitely came from the York sisters. Both sisters chose elaborate headpieces that would have the world talking for years to come. Princess Eugenie went for a blue headpiece featuring an oversized purple rose and beige feathers, whilst Princess Beatrice went for a more dramatic, abstract-shaped number in pale pink.

Beatrice initially received much flack for her hat of choice, but, according to the BBC, she ended up raising over £80,000 for charity when auctioning it.

Victoria Beckham was pregnant at the time, so she opted for a more ‘relaxed’ yet fierce look for the Cambridge wedding. For the occasion, Posh Spice channeled ‘most-fashionable-oversized-t-shirt’ vibes in navy blue, paired with some sky-high platforms of the same color.

Before the Cambridge wedding, Pippa managed to stay well away from the limelight. That all changed, however, when she was tasked with being Kate’s maid of honor.

Just like her big sis, Pippa sported a white Alexander McQueen number for the special occasion.

One year after her break up to Prince Harry, Chelsy Davy made sure to make an appearance in style.

The Zimbabwean businesswoman made an entrance in a green off-shoulder top and a paler matching skirt. The outfit was put together with a golden headpiece and beige pumps.

Joss Stone

Although she might be better known for her more bohemian looks, Joss Stone opted for a Fuschia-pink tight-fitting dress paired with a floral hat. Stone also went for a matching jacket and high heels with her dress for the Royal wedding.
