Well, James Corden did it again. Bringing back his comical Crosswalk Musical segment, Corden hit the streets of Paris this time to perform the musical Les Miserables.

You may have seen the James Corden viral segment Crosswalk Musical before as he has taken on several renditions for his segment of popular musicals such as Beauty and The Beast, Phantom of The Opera and Mary Poppins. But most recently Corden and his theatre group prepared to entertain the crosswalks of Paris with their performance of the musical about the French Revolution, Les Miserables.

The musical is performed at a crosswalk in front of the famous landmark in Paris, The Arc de Triomphe. The group begins performing the song “Master of the House” as Corden parades around a busy cafe in a costume singing to confused guests. He makes his way out to the crosswalk where all the performers dance in a choreographed line with chairs and other props. Then as the light changes, cars begin to honk and James humorously yells for the group to scramble off the crosswalk in a hurry.

Next, the theatre company takes on the songs “Do You Hear the People Sing?,” “I Dreamed a Dream” and “One Day More.” Some onlookers look more than bemused as they watch the performance take place in the odd location of a crosswalk. You can watch how this special reboot took place in the video below. We can’t wait to see which musical Corden does next.
