1 Leg Lifts

With this exercise, you sit down on a seat, and you pull your legs in towards you one at a time. After you pull in your leg, rest your feet down on the floor.

2 Hamstrings Stretch

With this exercise, you will need to get a long towel. Place the towel below your legs, and gently roll it back and forth with each leg.

3 Quadricep Stretch

This is an exercise that you do while lying down on your back. First, stretch your knees across your body. Next, hold your knees in that position for about 10 seconds

4 Leg and Arms Lifts

This is a standing exercise in which you raise you arms and legs one at a time. This is a low impact exercise that gives strength to your hamstrings and to your rotator cuff.

5 Siting Squats

This is an exercises that is done with a chair. You sit down in a chair in a squat like position. When you come out of the squat position, you stand.

6 Clam Legs

This is an exercise that you do while lying on your arm. You hold your legs in an open position with your feet touching. Next, open and close your legs.

7 Side Leg Lift

You can perform this exercise standing or against the wall. You will stand straight and pull one leg out to the side and pull it back. You do this exercise with each leg.

8 Standing Kickbacks

This is a great exercise for your hamstrings. Using a chair, stand up straight while leaning on the chair, and kick one leg back towards your glutes; repeat this exercise with your other leg.

9 Quadric Stretch

This is an exercise that you do while lying on your stomach. Place your arm in front of you and use the opposite arm to grab the opposite leg. Bend your knee and grab your ankle. Use your arm to lift one knee off the ground and set it back down. Switch arms and do the same thing on the other side.

10 Workout On An Elliptical Machine

Elliptical machines are good for joints, because they cause no impact. This is a machine that mimics the act of running or jogging.
