"Baylen Out Loud" Star Baylen Dupree Marries Colin Dooley in a Colorful Virginia Wedding — and the Details Are as Joyful as Their Story

Baylen Dupree has spent years turning one of the most misunderstood conditions in medicine into a platform for connection, humor, and honest conversation. The content creator, born Nov. 18, 2002, was diagnosed with Tourette syndrome at the age of 18 — and two years later, she met the man she would eventually marry on a dating app. Their story, which she describes as "love at first swipe," has unfolded in front of millions of followers and a TLC television audience that has watched them go from a first date to an engagement to a wedding — all documented on her series "Baylen Out Loud."
Dupree has more than 12.5 million followers on TikTok and 2.7 million on Instagram. She built that audience not by hiding her Tourette syndrome, but by leading with it — documenting her tics, her hard days, and her refusal to let the condition define the ceiling of her life. "I use my platform to raise awareness and shut down misconceptions about Tourette syndrome," she has said. Along the way, she found Colin Dooley, born in 1999, a real estate agent who, by her own account, has "great qualities" and helps bring them out in her.
The couple got engaged in February 2025, during the first season of "Baylen Out Loud," when Dooley proposed in front of Dupree's entire family. The moment was broadcast to the show's audience and sparked a wave of fan support that carried them through months of wedding planning documented across Season 2. Before walking down the aisle, the couple attended premarital counseling — a decision Dupree made no secret of and spoke about openly.
On May 7, 2026, she posted on Instagram: "Last post as a Dupree." Two days later, she was Mrs. Dooley.
The wedding took place on Saturday, May 9, 2026, at the Airlie countryside estate in Warrenton, Virginia, in front of 140 guests. Dupree walked down the aisle in a sparkly gown designed by Hayley Paige, wearing a matching tiara, to an instrumental version of "Oceans." She and Dooley exchanged handwritten vows at the altar, officiated by Dooley's colleague Andy Lloyd.
The aesthetic of the day was exactly what the couple had envisioned.
"What we envisioned for our wedding was something very colorful, vibrant, and fun,"
Dupree told PEOPLE. "We want to throw the best party of our lives." Hot pinks and baby blues anchored the decor, with eye-catching floral arrangements throughout the indoor-outdoor venue. Dupree's father, Allen, custom-made several items that, as Dupree described, "truly represent" the couple. Three non-negotiables made the final cut: great music, their three pet dogs — Fluffy, Tootsie, and Pumpkin — and a queso fountain, which Dupree called an "absolute must-have." Guests were also treated to a buffet dinner featuring tacos and macaroni and cheese, and a three-tiered wedding cake with flavors of lemon elderflower, cinnamon roll, and Funfetti.
Dooley described the day as "surreal." Dupree called it a "fairy tale."
Their vision for marriage is as clear as their vision for their wedding day.
"To us, marriage means choosing each other every single day," Dooley said. "It's about being best friends and teammates and going through every season of life together."
Dupree added: "It's showing up for one another, no matter what, every day." The couple is already looking ahead — to building a family, continuing to grow together, and watching their wedding day air on "Baylen Out Loud" Season 3, which premieres May 19, 2026, on TLC.
