TMZ also reported the couple will be paying less for the estate than what is actually listed. In addition to its private beach, the realtors' website says, "The nearly 7, 000 sf residence is finished with the finest details and is designed with 7 bedrooms, 8 baths, multiple entertaining spaces including a vaulted ceiling living room with stone fireplace."

The website goes on to say about the estate: "a Chef's kitchen, and formal dining room surrounded by a wall of windows. There are 2 wings and an impressive master suite with fireplace and private sundeck." Adding

"Your summer days can be spent poolside in a garden-like setting or exploring Great Pond and outer barrier beach. A property of this stature needs to be seen to be experienced."
