With social-distancing now being the norm, many of us are taking to the internet to find creative ways to keep ourselves busy (and sane).
Thankfully, we have celebrities like the Backstreet Boys who are entertaining their fans from the comfort of their own home using the internet. This weekend, the band came together to perform their hit song, I Want it That Way from their homes – and undoubtedly, they delivered!

The five heartthrobs performed their track for iHeartRadio over the weekend. The music video starts with Brian Littrell thanking health workers at the frontlines of battling the pandemic and urged fans to practice self-isolation.
He is then joined by the rest of his bandmates as they all start singing their hit 1999 song. Litrell and Richardson’s children made an appearance in the music video too.

The Backstreet Boys aren’t the only ones to perform from their homes for their fans. Last Sunday, Elton John hosted the first major benefit concert to support Americans affected by the recent COVID-19 outbreak.
The commercial-free concert featured other well-known musicians such as Alicia Keys, the Backstreet Boys, Billie Eilish, Billie Joe Armstrong, Mariah Carey and Tim McGraw.
Last month, John Legend also hosted a free concert from his living room and live-streamed it on Instagram, for which he even took suggestions for what to play from fans on social media. His wife, Chrissy Teigan, then took it upon herself to compile a playlist for her husband based on the songs that got the most requests.
She did not disappoint, with the legendary playlist consisting of gems like The Office Theme Song – rewritten with new lyrics –, 1-877-Kars-4-Kids, and Scheana Shay's Good As Gold.
