Maddie Morley was nearing the end of the school year and she still had not been asked to prom.

Maddie has autism, making it challenging for her to fully participate in many types of social events such as prom. However, the Capital Christian Center decided to create a special needs prom called the Evening for Dreams. The prom was designed for students just like Maddie. Now, she only needed to find a date.

Then something extraordinary happened. Everything went down during a school assembly. Maddie was called on stage but she had no clue about what was going to transpire next.

Kooper Richardson was waiting behind the stage curtain when Maddie walked out onto the stage. Kooper was a popular senior football player at Folsom High School. The sweet teen made the decision to miss his senior class trip to Disneyland so that he could take Madie to the Evening of Dreams. But first, he had to ask her. And it was truly a promposal to remember.

Maddie's joy was simply contagious. You have to see the video for yourself to understand how much this moment meant to her. After you have watched the touching clip, be sure to spread the happiness to everyone else who will appreciate this beautiful moment.
