Nov 19, 2018 by apost team

Karma can be described as the phenomenon that explains how the energy that we send out into the universe somehow finds its way back to us. Each of our actions holds its own type of karma. Sometimes, however, we aren’t under control of what we do. Our mindless behaviors can cause us to suffer, but it’s not common that people are able to recognize the link between the situation and our own actions. In order to protect yourself against bad consequences and karma, it’s important to be aware of the true intentions behind your actions. However, there are some ways that you can attract positive karma on your own.

1. Know Your Goals

Making sure that you stay focused on the bigger picture of your longterm goals is a good way to attract positive karma. You’re less likely to be overpowered by distractions, and the more focused you become on those goals, the higher your rate of success will be. However, taking breaks is also important. Reinvigorate your mind and body by giving yourself time to relax. Although you may fail sometimes, these failures allow for you to push yourself harder to work towards your goals and dreams.

When you’re more connected with the outside world, you are more aware of what is happening presently. Don’t allow yourself to waste time thinking about the future or the past. Living presently will bring you to your highest potential. This will help you in all aspects of life, bringing everything to the forefront that really matters. This can help you feel connected with yourself and everything around you and will bring positive karma as you move forward.

3. Be Responsible For Your Commitments

Being mature means that you take responsibility for your own commitments and duties. This can bring you positive karma in many ways. There might be moments where making mistakes and lapses of judgment may cloud your path, but that’s okay. Making mistakes is a part of life and can teach you valuable lessons. Being responsible for these mistakes and commitments is the important part that not many people realize. As long as you’re learning from your actions and duties, you can correct them and move forward.

4. Make Sure You Laugh At Yourself

It can feel humiliating when you make a big mistake or have a lapse in judgment. But these humiliations can allow you to receive positive karma later on. Being able to recognize your mistakes and laugh at your own foolishness helps you better to be able to be criticized by others around you. This will help you make necessary improvements in your life that you need to thrive. Don’t take negative opinions seriously, but recognize what they mean in your life. Be open to making jokes, and remember to laugh at yourself to brighten up your life.

5. Remember To Be Patient

Being a patient and tolerant person will bring you positive karma. Not everything will always go exactly as expected and they may require having patience. Success is one of those things. You can’t expect to have everything that you want and need right at this moment. Good things only come to those who are willing to wait for them, and by being patient, you’re allowing good karma to come into your life.

6. Use Small Acts Of Kindness

Kindness is a universal language felt by everybody. Using these little random acts of kindness to your advantage can actually bring you positive karma. Remember to be kind to yourself as well, as others will pick up on this positive energy and be inspired to love themselves as well. This also makes you more genuine of a person, as being kind to yourself can help you be kind to others as well. The more you practice this behavior with yourself, the more you’ll be willing to pass it on to others as well.

Change can be hard to deal with, especially if it is unexpected. Change is scary because we are fearful of the unknown, and we are scared of anything we haven’t been through before. However, living in your comfort zone isn’t a great way to live your life. Positive karma can come from change because it allows you to open your mind and see new perspectives.
