Queen Elizabeth is regularly caught riding. She can be seen here riding a classy stallion at Windsor Castle with Terry Penury. During her exciting ride, the Queen was wearing a cream scarf with a stylish, print pattern. She was also seen wearing a navy blue jacket.

Many fans were surprised to see the royal without a helmet. According to a report released by the Telegraph, the Queen refuses to wear a helmet in order to keep her hair intact.

During the ride, Penury was sporting a tan pair of riding pants, a thick jacket, black boots, and an iconic bowler hat.

Queen Elizabeth has always loved riding horses, and there is a long, documented history to accompany this affinity. The British royal experienced her first equestrian lesson when she was three-years-old.

In her older years, however, the monarch is a bit more selective about her rides.

She was recently filmed explaining her preferred riding conditions to an aide. She called herself a "fair-weather rider" who prefers to avoid "getting cold and wet".

In response to her mother-in-law's love for riding horses, the Duchess of Cornwall asked, "Who else is riding at 90?"

With her 93rd birthday passing by, it doesn't seem like Queen Elizabeth has any plans for slowing down.
