If your armpits really smell badly on a regular basis even when you aren't working physically hard, you might want to take that as a clue that you have some work to do on your health. There are toxins inside of you begging to come out. Just covering it up with deodorant so you don't offend the noses of your coworkers is not solving the problem. In fact, it may be making things worse.

Chemical deodorants can be doing bad things to your health. There are lots of studies linking their ingredients to various health issues. If you can cut back on them or eliminate them, that would be best.

Parabens have been linked to breast cancer. Aluminum has been linked to both breast cancer and Dementia. Formaldehyde is a known carcinogen. Phthalates are endocrine disruptors. They do bad things for your hormonal system and may even promote fertility issues.

However, getting to the point where you don't need deodorant all the time can be difficult. It can take time. How much time it takes depends on your baseline starting health.

First, be aware that things tend to get worse before they get better.

This applies equally to snack foods. Some potato chip brands list potatoes, vegetable oil and salt as their only ingredients.

You can also consume things like Chlorella and Aloe Vera to help your system get cleaner. Plus keep a food diary to track what works for you, add pro-biotics to your regimen and get enough fiber.
