Isaiah and Kelyn were happy with the clear and sunny weather present on the day they scheduled a photo shoot for their one-year-old daughter. They were sure they had the perfect setting for the photo shoot when they settled on a walking trail located within the Broadacres community. The trail is commonly used for photo shoots.

According to the Inside Edition show, the couple placed their daughter on a pink blanket next to a bouquet of birthday balloons. A disgruntled woman appeared suddenly and scolded the couple, along with the photographer, for blocking the walkway.

The parents used their phones to record the woman striking at the balloons, dragging the blanket along the ground, and slapping the phone from Isaiah's hand. You could hear the baby crying in the background as the scene unfolded.

Franci Neely has been identified as the Houston Socialite harassing the couple on camera. Neely and many of her neighbors in the community feel too many people choose the walking trail for photo shoots. They claim the neighborhood is being damaged due to the disruptive photo taking.

The city of Houston says the area is open to the public.

In a statement released by Neely to ABC13, the socialite points out the homeowners association in Broadacres spends money to maintain the grass, trees, and walkways in the area.

She explains her views that the high volume of photography sessions are damaging the local environment and causing an inconvenience to local residents who use the walkway to walk their dogs.

Neely apologized for her angry outburst caught on camera but says she was upset at seeing three photoshoots occurring simultaneously within a block. She said this happens often along the walkway. Neely also says the other two groups were respectful when she spoke with them about the problem. She says she lost her composure when the parents of the one-year-old made inflammatory remarks to her.

Once the video of Neely circulated on social media, a similar situation from the spring of last year resurfaced. Neely was seen confronting a dad who was taking prom pictures of his daughter and her friends.

What did you think of Neely's actions on the video? Do you think she and her neighbors have a legitimate gripe regarding the photo shoots? Send the article and video to everyone on your friend's list. The debate that results is sure to be both enlightening and entertaining.
