An Open Letter To My High School Friends Group

High School was a time of ups and downs for most of us. When I look back now, I am not sure how I would have made it through without having my amazing, crazy, beautiful friends. After graduation, we were all so busy looking forward to the future and beginning a new chapter in our lives that we didn't take the time to end our high school chapter properly. For that reason, there are some things I wanted to say. Thank you. Thank you for all the good times, tears laughs, and all things in between. Thank you for the amazing conversations, group messages, and inside jokes. Thank you for all the parties, football games, concerts, and dances we attended together. Thank you for the advice and support all of you gave me. By the way, you were usually right. Thank you for all of those amazing nights that gave us so many stories we will always remember. Each and every one of you made high school both memorable and bearable. I will always be grateful for that. Basically, I want to thank you for being my absolute best friends. I'm sorry. I'm sorry for each time that I didn't make time for you because I was too busy with myself. We drifted apart because I took you and our friendship for granted. I'm sorry if there were times that I said petty things about you behind your back. I'm sorry if you needed me to be a friend and I wasn't there like I should have been. I will always be there to support you and am so proud of you. I want only the best for you, even if we don't see each other or talk. I am always cheering for you. We have all moved on to doing different things, and it's great to see us working towards the things we dreamt about while in high school. It's amazing to see where we all are now. I'm so proud of who you have become, even if I don't say it. I will always remember you. Even as time passes by, even if we don't talk again, you left your mark on my high school years as the group of girls that I love the most. You have been the people I could confide in, the shoulders I cried on, my group for support, and my partners in crime. No matter where we find ourselves down the road, keep in mind, I will always remember you and be a friend for each of you. Show how grateful you are for your High School friends by sharing this article with them and give them the chance to take a walk back memory lane!
