On Thursday, Alicia Keys sat behind the piano to perform a cover of Flo Rida's hit song, "My House" for The Late Show With Stephen Colbert. She changed almost every word of the hit song to reflect the current situation that has many on stay at home orders to fight the COVID-19 pandemic.

Alicia Keys uses the Flo Rida song to instruct people to stay at home, while also letting them know that no one is welcome to come to her house right now either. Keys states how she's busy homeschooling her loud kids and continues to add humor to her rendition, despite the seriousness of the topic at hand.

The new lyrics that Alicia Keys sings are not only fitting to the tune and the new topic but catchy as well. Keys accompanies herself on the piano while singing:

"A message from the heart that comes from me, your favorite girl on the keys: you can't come to my crib, gotta defeat COVID, now I know what Zoom is, we've just got to stay-ay-ay in."

Alicia's innovative rendition featured a clever twist of the original lyrics, "welcome to my house" to the new lyrics, "you can't come to my house." The song serves as both a source of entertainment, comedic relief, and serious advice during such uncertain times. The video below will show you just how stuck in your head the song could be.
