After Tenants Leave Huge Mess, Their Furious Landlord Gets Revenge In A Clever Way

Dec 13, 2018 by apost team

Renting is hard for landlords, too. While you, the tenant, have to worry about paying rent and not burning the house down, the landlord has to worry about people doing those things! Unfortunately, even background checks and credit checks aren't enough to keep some bad renters out.

Things got especially difficult for Thomas Ravaux. He had rented a flat to some occupants who left the residence after a few months without telling him. Taking a visit to the home 14 months later, he found it completely trashed.

There were holes in the wall, and there was trash everywhere. Not to mention that the smell was terrible. Mr. Ravaux had two calls to make: one to his lawyer and one to a dump truck.

Thomas felt compelled to teach these chumps a lesson to the benefit of all of their future landlords.

In a stroke of good fortune, he was able to find out where they were staying. According to France Info, the irate renter Thomas loaded up every bit of debris and garbage into a dump truck and dumped it in front of their new residence.

Like any reasonable person, he was worried about legal repercussions, but the cops were more or less on his side.

Some viewers didn't approve of what seems like impulsive retaliation. Others admired the bravery.

What's your vote - was this revenge petty or appropriate? Do you think these tenants will ever treat a property owner like this again? Pass this along to your friends to see what they think!
