Hearing is a gift that a lot of people take for granted. However, a little one hearing for the first time is a miraculous moment. A family in Rochester, Minnesota, were rewarded with a special gift. Their little girl was gifted hearing, and after this, her parents received a gift that was more special.

Her parents wrote on a post to GoFundMe page to try and get help for her expensive medical bills. They wrote from Aida's point of view and basically explained that they had been dealing with a lot since her birth, and it was hard to cope with everything and that it wasn't going to get any easier.

It was only going to get more expensive, as time went on. Aida was 7 months old when she received a cochlear implant from The Mayo Clinic. This implant is designed to allow those with hearing loss to finally hear, which it did. It allows Aida to hear her parents voice for the first time, since her birth.

They got to record the first time that Aida heard her parents' voices. The moment melted her parents' hearts, and it will surely melt your heart, as well.

They went back to GoFundMe and posted from Aida once again that on November 13th, she was able to hear her FIRST words. It was a joyous occasion for everyone involved.

At the sound of her parents' voices, Aida had the biggest of smiles on her face, and her eyes were opened wide with joy.

No matter how tough your heart is, the look on Aida's face as her mother and father said hello for the very first time, would surely melt you to the deepest depths of your soul.

It was an amazing thing to witness. It was like she couldn't believe that she was finally able to hear her parents.Once they knew it worked, Aida's parents began telling her how much they loved her, which was just as meaningful for them as it was for Aida.

If this story touched your heart, you should spread the world to all of your friends, and let them enjoy the wonders of modern medicine and the happiness a few simple words can mean to a little girl and their family.
