Adopted 4-Year-Old Talks About The Moment She First Met Her New Mother

Unconditional love comes in many forms, but nothing is as pure as a child’s absolute love for their parents. Recently, a young lady proved that such unadulterated affection starts early.

At just four years old, Gabby and her one-year-old sister Lily were adopted by a U.S. couple. Recently, Gabby shared the memory of her and her sister’s homecoming with their mother. Luckily her mother filmed this adorable confession.

In this heart-melting video, Gabby patiently and sweetly explains how meeting her new parents altered her life forever. She begins, “Well, when we was born, we became two little babies, and then Lily was still a baby, and I was 4 years old.” Wide-eyed, she continues, “I got so big, and Lily was still a baby.”

Precious Gabby goes on to explain how excited she and Lily were to meet their new family. “We love you guys, and we want to be here for you and Daddy.” Her mother was so touched and assured her that the feeling is mutual.

This was cuteness overload, but Gabby was not finished with her proclamation. She cautiously leaned in toward her mother, as if she was about to make her privy to a huge secret, and asked, “Do you know what happened to my heart?” She then said, “When I saw you, my heart fell in love with you!”

Her emotional mom was fast to respond with “My heart fell in love with you too!”
