Adam Sandler Has Big Daddy To Thank For Twenty Years Of Romance With Wife Jackie

Actor Adam Sandler and his wife Jackie have been happily married for almost years now. What most people don't know is that the couple first met during their work on the film, Big Daddy.

Adam Sandler is one funny guy! From his debut on Saturday Night Live to the comedically iconic roles that he has played over the years in Happy Gilmore, Billy Madison, and Big Daddy. His wit, comedic timing, and the ability to look like a goofball and be adorable all at the same time have placed him in the comedy hall of fame for the last several years.

Even with all of his professional success, Sandler felt that there was more that life had to offer. His life changed forever the day he signed the contract to work on the film, Big Daddy. It was there that he met and fell in love with his future wife, Jackie.

Courtship was brief—from their introduction in 1999 to their wedding in 2003, this duo meant business right from the start. Little did Sandler realize that marrying Jackie was making a smart business move as well—Jackie has teamed up with him on several productions such as Murder Mystery, Grown Ups, Just Go With It, and 50 First Dates. In addition to helping steer the ship known as Happy Madison, Sandler's production company, Jackie has also been branching off and pursuing interests of her own, including a Netflix series entitled The Wrong Missy.

The Sandler family has grown through the years; they have added two daughters to the hilarious mix—daughters Sadie, 14, and Sunny, 11, are aware of their parents' successes, but as you would expect, no one is letting it go to their heads.

One thing is for sure, although a twenty-year-long career and relationship have been firmly established, this is by no means the end for any member of the Sandler clan. We expect to see and hear great things coming from their little empire.
