The television series "Bones" was beloved by many during its extensive run from September 2005 to March 2017. The crime comedy-drama show starred David Boreanaz as FBI Special Agent Seeley Booth and Emily Deschanel as Dr. Temperance Brennan – also known as Bones. According to CNN, a struggling actress named Kristina Hagan filed a sexual harassment lawsuit against Boreanaz in 2010, claiming that Boreanaz made unwanted sexual advances while offering her role on the show. The lawsuit also claimed that Hagan suffered "emotional and psychological distress, wage loss and loss of benefits," as she was also never given a role on "Bones." The lawsuit was later dismissed after the matter was resolved.

This wasn't the only time Boreanaz has dealt with a publicized scandal. In 2010, Boreanaz revealed that he had previously been unfaithful to his wife, Jaime Bergman. According to The Things, Bergman is a model who first got her start by becoming the brand ambassador of St. Pauli Girl beer and later went on to be cast in Playboy magazine as the Playboy Playmate of the Month in January 1999.

Bergman is also known for her acting career. She made her debut in the TV series "Beverly Hills, 90210," and went on to appear in a handful of shows and films, including "Dawson's Creek." However, Boreanaz and Bergman were forced to work even harder at making their relationship last after Boreanaz told PEOPLE that he had cheated on his wife. He said, "I haven't been faithful to my wife. Our marriage has been tainted with my infidelities. I was irresponsible." The actor said that his actions were caused by "narcissism and arrogance," and that he acted out of selfishness.

At first, Bergman wanted to leave Boreanaz because she was hurt by what he did to their marriage and their family, according to PEOPLE. However, she was by Boreanaz's side while he made the shocking revelation, and the pair ultimately decided to stay together. Bergman explained, "There's anger. There's hurt. There's disgust. But there is a love. For me to walk away from that, I don't think would be the right thing to do."

Boreanaz explained, "We're putting the pieces back together, (maybe) in a better way. And that's what I'm committed to."

Now, more than ten years later, the couple is still together. Bergman continues to upload cute photos of her family – including photos of her and Boreanaz – on her Instagram under the name Jaime Boreanaz.
