A Man Who Is In Love Would NEVER Stop Fighting For You

You’ve probably noticed that he is changing, but you keep making excuses for him. You have a soft spot for him that you can’t even see through his lies. You keep telling yourself that it’s one of those relationship storms.

He is not ignoring you because he is busy. All those calls and messages that go unread and unreplied aren’t because he is not available.

He doesn’t tell you that you are nagging because he is going through a tough phase in his life.

No sister, you guys aren’t on the same page because he is no longer in love with you. It’s painful, but that’s the truth. Don’t keep lying to yourself that it's going to be okay. It is not.

You know deep down that he is not the cautious type; neither is he the guy that goes into depression when sorting personal issues. He doesn’t think you are crazy or that you are too much of a woman for him.

He is not that kind of man who can’t handle you; he is just making excuses to get you out of his way. This is because a man who loves you is going to fight for your love. A man who loves you will not tire of showing you how much he loves you despite having some rough patches. He just won’t let you go if he loves you.

It would be fallacious to say that “all men” are thrilled with going after women. I guess it is nature’s way of differentiating them from the rest of humanity. Things earned through hard work and patience seem to tag along with them some sweetness. And love comes at the top of that list. This explains why a man who is in love with you, truly, is going to do everything in his ability to earn your love.

Any challenges along the way are going to make him even smile more and try harder. Men were created to fight for whatever they think is rightfully theirs with everything they have got, especially when it comes to matters of love.

So, if you find your guy changing, his attention drifted elsewhere and attitude switching, it is probably because he doesn’t love you anymore. Or perhaps it wasn’t there in the first place.

You have been so sweet to him, and he isn’t just going to pull out an inhumane card and just break up with you with no reason. So, he is going to look for all kind of ridiculous reasons to justify why he isn’t around and why he can no longer see you frequently.

He could be telling you that he has no time to spend together with you or needs more time to decide whether he is going to commit himself or not.

Probably he told you he was too busy at work or is fixing up his wrecked life. While all these could be true, one thing is certain; a man who loves you will never put other issues before you. Love makes no excuses. If he wants you, he will find a way to be with you.

If he stops acting as he loves you, it is evident he is past that. I don’t expect this bitter pill to be easy to swallow, but it is just that painful; he doesn’t love you.

Love doesn’t have to work out your way. You may decide to wait on him with no guarantee that he will come around. You may also choose to love yourself first and walk away from everything that hurts you, including him.

If he hasn’t shown you his love after all that while, what makes you think he will start doing so if you stay? You deserve love, and you need to go and look for it elsewhere.

Quit making excuses for him before you have made a good choice for yourself. If he struggles to open up on how he feels about you, it is time to walk away. Remember, it is not always about what he says; his actions will speak louder than his words.

He might admit that he loves you, but his actions shy away from the statements. There is your red flag. This might be the best decision you will ever make in your life.

Slowly pick up the pieces, accept that he isn’t yours and move on with your life. You will move on to something better, someone worth your time and love. And walking away is just one way of making space for someone who will love you back just like you love them.

They say time heals. At first, it is going to be difficult, but you will get wind of it. When you are all healed, you will flourish like a flower by the riverbanks. And when the pain is all gone, you will have your life notes by your side. So, trust the process it only gets better.
