A 78-year old man was reduced to tears when College students brought him a surprised Christmas tree to end 20 years of loneliness.

After the BBC morning show found that Terrance had fought depression for a long time and he misses spending holidays with his mother, the TV host and college students from Oldham College sprung into action.

We all know that Christmas is a day of joy and spending time with our loved ones. It's also a day for us to share gifts and happiness with others less fortunate. Terrance, an Englishmen, is among those who always enjoyed happy times with the family; however, he had no one to celebrate Christmas for the last 20 years - he was alone.

Terrance had confessed on the TV that he had struggled with loneliness after his mother passed away and he doesn't have a Christmas tree because there is no one to celebrate the day with. Touched by his feelings during a recent television interview, students from Oldham College and the TV host decided to mend a raptured heart.

On the day, Terrance was surprised to find students with a Christmas tree. In fact, it was not Terrance who broke in tears but it was also thousands of TV viewers who were touched by the moment. Students standing outside the doorstep also sung his favorite carol, Silent Night.

Don't forget to tell your friends the story because it can inspire others to give the gift of happiness to hundreds of other individuals who have kept their feelings to themselves for so many years.
