Bullying is still a major problem in schools all over the world. Many kids go to school every single day and have trouble making friends. Whether they have been the victim of bullying and find it hard to talk or are just shy, it isn’t easy for every kid to make the friends that they need. Luckily, one little boy decided to take matters into his own hands.

The school year has already started for students all over the country. Kids of all ages are headed back to class with brand new clothes, sporting new backpacks and lunch boxes. One special little boy decided that his first day of school outfit was going to be something personal.

Blake is an adorable little boy who wanted to make sure everyone felt good on their first day of school.

His mother, Nikki, owns a business that designs personalized items CBS reports. She prints unique slogans on many items, such as t-shirts. She told her son Blake that she would design and print anything he wanted for his very first day of school.

While he could have picked anything at all, what he did decide on will certainly bring a huge smile to your face. While most kids would pick a football or video game character, Blake had a plan that was certainly unique!

Blake decided to wear a shirt that had the unique slogan of “I will be your friend” to sport to class. His mom posted a photo of him on Facebook for everyone to see, reported CBS. She stated that she had to brag about her son for a moment, and said:

I told him that as a back to school gift, I will make him any shirt he would like. It could have anything- a basketball theme, football, etc. which are all his favorites. He thought a while and said, "will you please make me a shirt that says 'I will be your friend" for all the kids who need a friend to know that I am here for them?"

She told friends and family that he wanted other kids to know that they could make a new friend if they needed one.

Nikki went on to say that her son has experienced some bullying in the past. Since her post became popular, Nikki has received orders for the same shirt as well as other versions of it. She said that Blake was thrilled to hear how much the public liked his idea. He thinks that now everyone will have friends of their own.
