6-Year-Old Meets Her Baby Sister For The First Time And Tears Begin To Fall As She Can't Contain Her Joy

Adalynn, a six-year old from Aiken, South Carolina, was going to become a big sister any day now. Moments after the birth of baby Madison, Adalynn was filmed walking into the delivery room. Already anxious to meet her little sister, she made her way to her mother’s side. Seconds after seeing her sister, Adalynn was overtaken with emotion.

Adalynn’s emotions for baby Madison spilled over to her mother Erin. Seeing her daughter, not only content but elated by the arrival of her sister, was confirmation that everything would be okay. Since Adalynn was still a bit small to hold Madison, she took pride in simply holding her hand.

Fast forward to being settled in their home, Adalynn and Madison have grown close. It is also worth mentioning that Adalynn was even happier when her opportunity to hold baby Madison for the first time finally came.

Erin, understanding some precious moments are worth sharing, posted a photo of her best girls bonding. Erin’s Facebook post of Addy holding Madison, like her viral video of their introduction, has received a lot of positive feedback.

Kids can be a handful, especially when they are forced to share their parents with a new baby. Luckily for Adalynn’s parents, they will not have to worry about sibling rivalry anytime soon. In fact, if they play their cards right, they will have a fun-sized helper for both Madison and her future siblings.
