Sometimes it is the little things that make all of the difference.

For young Genesis Mossage, it was the kindness of a stranger that made all the difference in her world. According to FOX8, the five-year-old has been fighting neuroblastoma and undergoing a host of medical procedures as a result.

From chemo to radiation to tumor removal, little Genesis has been through the battlefields trying to beat relentless cancer.

Because of the intensive treatments to try to rid her body of the disease, Genesis has lost all of her hair. Despite all of these hardships, Genesis manages to keep a smile on her face and spread hope everywhere she goes.

The biggest smile on Genesis' face recently came from a stranger. After seeing a social media post about Genesis' fight, wig stylist and shop owner Monique Allen decided to take action to help out the girl.

Allen put aside her work orders and began working on a custom-made wig for Genesis using real human hair. As the owner of the Wig Dealer Shop in Mayfield Heights, Ohio, Allen created and made the piece for Genesis at no cost.

Allen said that the joy Genesis exudes is worth all of the work that she put into the wig. The smile that spreads across Genesis' face when she wears her new wig is proof of how the kindness of strangers can sometimes make all the difference in the world.

Allen showed what it was like to be a giving member of the community with her generous gift.

What a beautiful gift to give someone in need. What did you think of this beautiful story of generosity? Has anyone done something this nice for you or your loved ones too? Let us know in the comments - and make sure you pass this along to your friends and family!
