Everyone wants to look their best without following strict diets or doing intensive exercises, but all those fad quick-fix methods that are advertised hardly deliver results.

Everybody is different, but somehow all of us have the same goal to be lean and healthy. Unfortunately, too many people fall into the temptations of starving themselves or hurting themselves at the gym for hours each day. The reason why these methods never work is because they are not sustainable.

Good health and fitness are a product of habit, which means you have to make small lifestyle changes that you can stick with.

The Western world is battling obesity while everyone else stays slim. We need to take a look across the world at the people in Japan where most women are very slim. On top of a diet that is heavily plant-based, Asian women achieve their tiny waists by practicing one simple exercise. Adopt this small Japanese weight loss technique to see big differences in your life.

The Creator

Dr. Toshiki Fukutsuji wanted to correct peoples' posture and strengthen their abdominals, so she invented a method and published it in the now best-selling book across Asia. It's so popular because it is a quick and easy fix to shedding belly fat and eliminating hip problems.

The Method

The beauty of this method is that all you need to do it is 5 minutes and a towel. For the best results, you should make this part of your daily routine. To do it, roll the towel and place it under your back as you lay on the floor. The towel should be under your back just where your arch begins.

Next, spread your feet so that they are shoulder-width apart. Rotate your feet inwards until they touch. Raise your arms above your head and repeat this same process. Once you are in this boat position, stretch and hold for 5 minutes. That's it! It may sound simple, but it gets harder and harder the longer you can maintain it. Your endurance will increase over time so that the exercise feels much simpler.

If you are really dedicated to building a better body, feel free to do this exercise as many as 3 times per day every day. Everyone can spare 5 minutes, so you have no excuse not to try. You'll be amazed by the changes in your body in such a short amount of time.
