4th Grader Goes Viral After Performing 'Imagine' At School Talent Show

With school ending across the country, many kids are participating in their annual school talent show. One particular performance has taken the nation by storm.

Adam Kornowski is a fourth grader at Lakeside Elementary School in Chisago City, Minneapolis. But he is not your ordinary fourth grader. This rising star used his school talent show to showcase his amazing musical talents in a very special way.

The brave boy stepped up to the piano to perform a moving rendition of the classic hit "Imagine" by John Lennon."

By the time he was done, there was not a dry eye in the house.

Fortunately for all of us, Adam's mother filmed the entire performance. After filming the song, Michelle Kornowski posted it on her Facebook for her friends and family to see.

What happened next is a true testament to Adam's talent. The post ended up being shared nearly 200,000 times and garnered 7.3 million views.

Adam nailed every note, singing the inspirational song with great bravado and emotion. The boy has been playing the piano since he was five years old and all of the practice is finally paying off for him.

The audience was so impressed with Adam's performance that they rewarded him with a standing ovation at the end of the song.
