A young girl took a creative approach to celebrate the end of her cancer treatments. At the young age of four, Audrina Hatton-Wright has gone through more than most people go through in their entire lives. She was previously diagnosed with childhood cancer, but her courageous spirit and determined nature helped her get through the hardship, Fox News reported.

Audrina received her heartbreaking diagnosis last July. She had a type of high-risk neuroblastoma, a type of cancer that occurs most often in infants and children, and starts in the nerve cells according to the American Cancer Society. Obviously, this diagnosis was heartbreaking for little Audrina and her family.

During the months after the initial diagnosis, doctors helped Audrina’s family make a course of action to battle the grueling disease. Everyone hoped and prayed that one day Audrina would be able to say that she was free of her cancer.

Audrina’s mom and dad, Gemma Gould and Zach Hatton-Wright, knew that they had to stop at nothing to help their daughter fight her courageous battle. They stayed strong in order to support her all through her gruesome diagnosis and the heartbreaking treatments that caused her to go through even more pain.

At just four years old, Audrina has been through 14 separate rounds of radiation, four complete rounds of chemotherapy, and four additional surgeries. Her tumor had to be removed initially, and then high dose chemotherapy followed. Audrina also underwent a stem cell transplant throughout her course of treatment according to the Derby Telegraph.

However, Audrina’s story may have just turned a corner. After 8 long months, her course of treatment has finally ended. How did Audrina want to celebrate? With a Star Wars Stormtrooper costume!

The little spirited girl got to prance down the hallways of the hospital in her costume with the theme music playing in the background as she rang the bell indicating that she was now cancer free.

Everyone on social media has rooted for Audrina’s recovery so much that even Luke Skywalker, played by actor Mark Hamill, tweeted about little Audrina.

Although her remission rate is currently set at 50% and once relapse occurs, there is only a 1 in 10 chance of survival, according to her Go Fund Me page. Her family and the hospital staff are hopeful that Audrina will have a long life ahead of her.
